Last I checked, you can get all the options you’d want for track use, like the carbon-ceramic brakes and shit, on the V6S with the manual.

Also RWD, pretty sure you cant get the V8 with that either. If you can I know for a fact you can’t get a manual.
Yes, this car isn’t as good of a cornering weapon as a Porsche and as clinical as a BMW, but I’d have this over both. Also, both of those with dual clutches are almost better. This one, I feel like you need the stick for the true essence of what it is.

Honestly, “better” is rarely better. I’d have a better time at a track day surrounded by wood and leather, rowing my own in a gentleman’s hoonmobile like the V6S F-Type than I would in some clinical German precision tool.

I had an F-Type S for a week last fall. FUN car, even without the horrific power of the R.

See that’s the thing. The V6 still sounds great as much as I love the V8, but the V6 is cheaper, has manual, and after driving it, would you say 375HP is enough for this car? I really would have to think 375 horses in most cars would be more than adequate.

More than adequate is right. The Six could use a little sportier exhaust note, but I never felt the car was lacking for power. Hell, that V6 is making the same power my dad’s ‘99 XJR did with a blown V8.

I try to pretend that rear spoiler isn't there

I'm really not sure how to feel about it. How do you feel about yours?
